Our Organic Mexican Lilac Tea Bags are made from Gliricidia sepium, known in Jamaica as Quick Stick, carefully grown and harvested on our organic farm in the hills of Ocho Rios, Jamaica. This traditional Caribbean herb has been used in Jamaican bush medicine for generations and is well known throughout rural communities for its place in natural herbal traditions.
Guests visiting our farm often enjoy learning about the many traditional uses of Quick Stick and seeing the tree growing naturally on the property. We carefully harvest and naturally dry the leaves before packing them into convenient tea bags. Each package contains 36 organic tea bags for authentic herbal enjoyment.
