Red Malabar Spinach: A Powerful Tropical Superfood Growing on Our Jamaican Farm
At our organic farm in the hills of Jamaica, we are always excited to introduce new plants that combine beauty, nutrition, and traditional wellness. One of the newest additions to our farm is Red Malabar Spinach, a fast-growing climbing vine with deep red stems and rich green leaves that has quickly become one of the most eye-catching plants in our garden.
We recently started harvesting the leaves for drying, and our goal is to produce a natural Red Malabar Spinach powder for our customers who enjoy adding healthy herbal foods to their daily routine.
